What is your return policy?
We accept “No Questions Asked” returns within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged thereafter up to 90 days from the date of shipment.
No return will be accepted after 90 days from the date of shipment unless it is for a replacement under warranty.
If I am a Business and/or Tax-Exempt, how do I place an order?
Businesses and tax-exempt eligible organizations should contact [email protected] to submit documentation enabling Net 30 terms, quantity discounts and/or tax-exempt status for purchases. You may request a Tax-exempt certificate from [email protected].
Do you support customized orders of products?
Yes! We have considerable experience with customized orders for antennas and cable assemblies. Customized orders may only be returned for replacement in the event of a performance fault.
Do your products have a warranty?
A limited one-year warranty for most products is extended for most products.
How long does it take to ship my items after I’ve placed the order?
In-stock items ship within 24 business hours after the order is received. If a non- custom order is received before 3 pm EST, it will typically be shipped the same day the order is received.
